Firstly, we focus on strategy. This includes organisational strategy, funding strategy, communications and research design. If you need to plan for it, we can help you to build that plan. We can also help you to adapt that plan to meet new audiences, especially when branching into Western markets.

Secondly, we offer advice to local and international NGOs who are looking to set up a presence in the UK. We are not legal advisors, but we do know the system and we can help you to navigate it in plain English.
