This course looks at the causes of aid dependency and how to start designing projects that will either be self-sustaining or support the transition into new projects, adding to your organisation's unrestricted funding reserves.

This is a 2 day course consisting of theory, discussions and small group work. The sessions can be run back-to-back or with a break in between to allow participants time to undertake personal research and reflection. Up to 20 participants. It helps to have groups of people working in similar fields.

Another top-selling course which has been delivered in Armenia, the UK and East Africa. This course looks at fundraising methods other than grant writing, such as community fundraising, merchandise and the knowledge market.
