FUNDRAISING TRAINING
We focus on diverse fundraising and sustainable project design. This means increasing your organisation's income streams and avoiding aid dependency. Our team brings many years of experience to the table, from fundraising management to national strategy development.
MONITORING & EVALUATION
We deliver introductory courses on monitoring and evaluation, helping your organisation to understand what to monitor and how. We cover both qualitative and quantitative research methods and how to build a reporting system that best suits your projects.
RESEARCH DESIGN
Whether it's a customer satisfaction survey or an in-depth donor evaluation report, we can help you select the best research method, analysed the results and put those findings into plain English. We have designed malnutrition surveys, anonymised mental health studies and donor compliance reports.
PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION
We have delivered report writing training to the Ministry of ICT and English language courses to the University of Global Health Equity. We can help you to improve your professional English and to communicate more effectively face-to-face, via e-mail, and by phone.
CAPACITY BUILDING
We run workshops in volunteer management and resource mobilisation, helping you to identify underused resources and to get the most from your supporters.
